Vincenzo Carta (Siracusa, IT, 1978) has been dedicated to dance since he was 16 years old. After his studies of architecture in Firenze, from 1997 until 2002, he started his dance education at P.A.R.T.S. During his two years there, he created several group choreographies. After his education at P.A.R.T.S. he started creating his own work and toured with audience with Solo and Urban Project X. He has worked with other artists such as Giorgio Rossi, Andy Deneys, Willy Dorner, David Hernandez and Hans Toerlings. In 2006 he created the piece We-go with Benjamin Vandewalle. They founded the structure ‘We Go’, and created In Between (2007). For and with Passerelle in Kortrijk (BE), he created the piece gnosis in 2009.
