Arend Pinoy, born in 1980, studied drama at the RITS in Brussels and completed the dance training E.x.e.r.c.e of Mathilde Monnier in Montpellier. He has worked with Arne Sierens / Alain Platel, Les Ballets C. de la B., Mathilde Monnier and Miet Warlop. In 2009 he made his first performance. Arend Pinoy is a director and a choreographer, a dancer and an actor. For Arend, dance and theatre are one. Sometimes feelings are supported with text, and sometimes they are expressed in movements. Dance and theatre complement each other, form a fluid motion and tell the same story.
