- Olga de Soto
Choreographer and dancer Olga de Soto was born in Spain, and now lives in Brussels. After her dance education in Valencia and Madrid, de Soto trained at the prestigious CNDC school in Angers (FR). In 1992 Olga de Soto started to do her own choreographical research and the production of her own work, in varying forms and formats (Patios, for example, was a solo, while Sueño was an installation in Park Güell, Barcelona). More recently, Olga de Soto’s work has focused on the theme of ‘memory’: the memory of the body, as well as that of the audience. Olgo de Soto has received several residencies at La Raffinerie-Charleroi/Danses (Centre chorégraphique de la Communauté française). She is associate artist at Les Halles in Brussels.
